Our experienced staff in the Information & Guidance Service can help people access, understand, and navigate health, social care and wellbeing services in Essex.

Anyone can contact us confidentially for help on health and social care services near you, how to access the support you need, what to do if you have a concern or complaint or how to share feedback about services. Between 10am and 2pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are available on live chat in the bottom right of your screen.

We record the details of all enquiries securely and use this information to capture trends and help improve people’s experiences of health and care in Essex. The records of all enquiries are stored and destroyed in line with our data retention policy. We will only break your confidentiality if we believe that you, or another person, is at risk of harm.
